Long weekends should be happy for working us 8-11 Aug. Yet my maid gives me a big present by telling, NO is informing me that she is quitting & wanna go home and rest!
Sensing she already disheartened to work further since last few months. I told her I will inform my hubby & agency to get replacement. So I assumed she will continues and wait till we found a replacement. And she went back to her room!
After half an hour, I wondered how cone she still not out!?! When I went into her room, she was packing her clothings! Then she gets her luggage in the store and even packed and locked! N she just sat at the sofa bed with luggage next to it. We had some argument n I scolded her irresponsible ! Just wanna leave after informing without waiting for us to get a replacement etc! She said she no longer can work n feel tired as health deteriorating! WTF?! She should know she's here to work, not holiday! Especially taking care if baby which will wake middle of night! She has been staying in her room from 9am till 4pm plus. Even the agency's Philippine agent/ my hubby also talked to her but in vain! She has been calling her Philippine agent etc.. Pissed by her act and I called PEM agent to send her back to the agency! Dun want to see that face stating in the room like a rock!
Before she leaves. She even knock my room door and said thank you madam for everythings with teary sound n face!
And baby saw her, he starts to cry and and stretch his hands for carry! N she looks at baby said baby bye bye starting to cry! And age even stretch her hands wanna carry/hug baby but I stop her and said I brought bb in is bcos I dun want him to see u go n cry! And she leaves from then!
Now leaving me n hubby headache as we still must work. And my mil can't handle bb fully as she is 74 yrs old tis year with weak legs etc! My bro in law suggested we put bb at their place till we got a new maid. Seriously I can't hear to leave baby there as my baby not used to unfamiliar faces n he will cry non stop.
So on 11 aug Sunday we went to bro in law house for dinner n bb as usual cry n cry non stop.. Aiyo.. How to leave him there on wed???? So saddening when this day is approaching soon! Pray hard baby us fine!
Really can't trust or treat a maid so good as they won't appreciate it! She can just leave like that without waiting for my replacement ! So heartless! And caused so much unconvinced!
