Dinner & Movie on Labour day

We brought Ellard to Sengkang swimming complex for waterplay. At night we are meeting Daryl;'s friends & partner for dinner at The Cathay - Astons and proceed for spiderman movie after that. Such a great & fun gatherings that we hardly have. Hope for the next one soon.

Free Iron Man 3 tickets

Yes, I have sent in the reason of why I wanna watch Iron Man 3 movie to Neo Group. And I won 2 tickets for next Thursday at Vivo Golden Village!

My reason is simple -> We love this show & have watched 1 & 2. How can we miss 3 then?

Cheyanne & family visit ~ 1 Jul 2012

As arranged 1 mth ago, Cheyanne n Zhiwei together with their 2 gals came to our place at 1230pm. I went to buy KFC as requested by them. This is their first time meeting Daryl, and Zhiwei longed to try out Nespresso coffee by Daryl. Cheyanne and myself chatted in baby room and she seeing the stuffs I bought etc., They left abt 4pm as Sara is about to sleep at that time.

We washed up and do our houseworks before heading to watch Spiderman at Vivo. And Hoo got us premium tickets with comfortable reclinable seat & blanket thruout the show. So cosy n nice :)

Steamboat gathering & movie on 9 Jun

Hoo invited his friends & family to our place for small gathering and steamboat on 9 June Sat. He went to buy alot of steamboat groceries on Fri nite. Sat morning I woke at 10am to have the house works done and Hoo helped out with mopping of floor. It's really dusty u knw! No matter how we clean, it still dirty with stains cos that stupid tiles provided by so call "premier flat" are so lousy and trap dusts easily!! I even changed bedsheets & do all laundry. Must get all those done before our trip cos back from trips another few piles of clothings! Gosh!! After houseworks, we went Sheng Shiong to get fresh prawns and home to store then headed to our facial appointment at 1pm @ AMK. Finally bought my cotton on size 12 shorts for my size now! It was 2 for $20, Yippee.. Lucky i did not buy last 2 weeks when it was $24.95 1st pc & 2nd on half price! I got 2 tops & 2 shorts at $40 :)

Back to steamboat gathering. Hoo also fried chix wings & mil fried her speciality prawns. Whole kitchen was so messy & oily as expected.. And his friends come around 630pm onward, Nick & Tristine passed us Maxi Cosy baby carseat which is in good condition n look comfy :) They will pass us pram later part too and Cassandra will also be passing us stroller.. These 2 are quite costly baby stuffs that we can save on! So happy!

Done all the washing on and off after they finished the steamboat with the help of Cassandra's maid. Guests left abt 10pm tat night and we followed by cleaning & mopping of kitchen & hall. No rest at all, get shower & headed for midnight movie Prometheus at AMK hub! A gross show lor which i thk pregnant lady not suppose to watch .. And Hoo covered my eyes on those important scenes which ended up i dun knw wat this show abt lah actually. Haha.. Hoo still engrossed with Diablo after we back from movie, and we ended our busy Sat abt 4am in the morning.

Timber @ Old School

Decided to have our dinner at Timber ~old school tonight. Waited for almost 40 mins to get our seats! It was so packed almost every nights, esp Friday & weekends! Surprising such an "wu lu" location still attract alot of crowds, teenagers especially!

Fulfilling dinner of pizza, pork ribs & buffalo wings :) Heading for late night movie (The thing) at cineleisure! Don't really like the show!

Smurf movie

Brought ZJ for the movie on 4 Sept as promiised few weeks ago. We enjoyed the show very much. At the same time ZJ took a picture with Hui Hui while passing by Statics.

Bro & Yuki came to AMK Hub to fetch us to Queenway as we need to get a pair of squash shoe / attire etc.. Ended up all squash shoes are so ugly compared to Tennis shoes! Bro said we made the wrong choice by choosing squash instead! Hahaha

Daryl Bday ~ 6 July 2011

Daryl picked me up at 5pm sharp & we went for "Tranformer" at Lido IMAX. Bought IMAX pop corn value pack @ S$12, come 2 giant drinks. We went for our 1st movie at IMAX happily! Ya, like a kid .. Haha

Dinner at Canele at Shaw. And both ordered the same dish ~  braised beef. I like it but I dun knw about Hoo. He said ok but i dont thk he likes it as much as I did.. Next, we went Clarke Quay for a walk & ended up in BK bar which they sell bear there! Stayed for a couple of drinks & headed home abt 12am!

My birthday 24 June

Last nite. Hoo came to fetch me from work after a sleepless night & tired working day! He waited for me at the lobby with a bouquet of flower & a leopard stitch which I like! Haha.. He looked so embarrassing and lucky thing my office building hardly got people around 6pm as all offices knock off at 5-530pm sharp! He got me my favourite durian cake from Angie the choice too :)

We had our dinner at Nex's Little Fish Shop & followed by movie (Green Lantern) at Shaw premiere. It was my first time watching movie at premiere, with a blanket and reclinable seat which definitely make the show more enjoyable!

After our show, we went to Punggol Treelodge to collect my online orders. Most of the clothings look satisfyingly after trying. And ya, not forget to mention that my sweetie nephew gave me a self made birthday paper with what I always hope on working days! I didn't expect him to remember when I made the comment whenever I frustrated to work! He knew me well huh.. :)

Movie time

Today ZJ, myself & Hoo went for Kungfu Panda 2 at Cineleiure Orchard. It was so funny & nice. Much better than Dyan Dog tat we watched last night!

3D ~ Kungfu Panda

As promised my nephew to bring him to watch Kungfu Panda during school holiday. He keeps pestering me to book ticket for the past few days. So finally I booked 3 tickets at Cineleisure Orchard for this coming Sun and that cost me S$43 included S$1 booking fee!Well, hope he will enjoy the show :)

Pirates of the Carribean ~ On stranger tides

Last night went to catch 9pm show (Pirates of the Carribean ~ on  stranger tides) at Nex's Shaw cinema. Alot of beautiful mermaids in the movie. These pretty innocent mermaids are not those kind souls that we know in those Disney stories! They are fierce fishes that will drag humans down to deep sea and eat u up.. Didn't know they are such evil creatures till now. Haha..

Other than that, I found the story so so only. Unlike the 1st few which are much better. Or maybe you can choose to watch this movie in 3D, heard the effects are good. And if you like to watch pretty chicks turned ugly or dirty black Jack etc.. Just go for it :)

My weekends

Fri after work. Shh fetch me to bbq at Changi chalet by Jennifer & hubby. Nice bbq ordered by Shh, well marinated :) We stayed till 10pm tat evening.

Next day Sat, I brought ZJ to Shirley's bd pool party at her place. Nice bbq again & the kids all playing in the pool! It was nice chatting with cousins etc.. We ended singing ktv at her place after the bbq session. Abt 1am, ZJ & me left for the nite.

Watched movie " 孔子" on Sun nite with SHH.. Dun really understand what they are talking abt!

Looking fwd to office the next day as boss will be at business trip from 29 to 31 March 2010... YuHoOoOo...

Movies in the park

Shh & my 1st time watching movie at Fort Canning Park yesterday evening organize by FM95. There will be 2 movies showing. 1st is Iron man at 730pm and the 2nd movie is transformers at 940pm We reached abt 5pm, knowing the queues will be super long, as expected! We quickly settled ourselves at 1 of the corner with our mat. Lucky we got free give away fans for hot weather today. We purchased FM95 shirts at $15/pc at the booth. There are also Haagen Dazs ice cream for 1st 500 guests, and also photo taking with the transformers. I managed to take a pic with them :D

We watched the 1st movie "Iron man" till 930pm and left for prata dinner at Thomson Road with Kevin. An experience indeed ;)

My Bloody Valentine

Last Sunday, we finally get to watch 3D movie "My bloody Valentine" at Vivo City. This is my 1st time watching 3D movie. The staff distributes each of us a "black sunglass", when we enter the theatre. The sunglass is kinda big and all look like "housefly" when putting it on. The show is atrocious, certain scenes are vicious & inhuman! I can see the axe flying toward me, gun pointed at me etc when the killer is attacking the victims. Everythings seem so close to me, the kind of feeling that as if I am in the scene too. The effects were fantastic, that it makes the apectators feel panicky while watching the show. Will be looking forward to watch somemore 3D movies again in future, except cartoon movies I guess, unless I got my own kids..Hee hee!!!
