On leave on 10 Jan 2012 (Tues) to wait for our furnitures, curtains, bed & mattress! Curtains came earlier than expected time 10am. Followed by dining tables, chairs & sofa, and yet they forgot about our coffee table! Next came the PUB guy to install our hob & on the spot we found out they sent us the wrong hob we ordered! Called to exchange yet no stock till CNY! Gosh!! Went to change for Fujioh instead, more exp than previous but the staff did not ask us to add $. And we need to arrange another day for PUB installation! Followed by the MIO tv staffs & our electrician to change our lighings position. As for bed & mattress, they call us at 4pm saying will be late delivery between 1030pm till 1130pm! So we went for our dinner & came back to wait for our coffee table which finally arrived at 9pm.
Patiently we wait for bed/mattress till 1130pm, which I decided to call their office & surprisely they still pick up the phone & informed will be late till 1230am etc.. In fact, I called him every half an hr! We decided to give up at 2am, headed home to sleep. The delivery guy call me & said will be here 10 mins time! Of cos we make a u-turn back! Saw 2 big lorries with 4 staffs helping to unload & install the bed, which took abt 15 mins. The guy told us CNY period is so busy with deliveries till late hour! Terible !!
It's better if not to choose festive periods renovation or moving house! Everythings so rush and delayed!
