This afternoon I called up TCPlaw to check on my case status. When the secretary informed me that the cash proceed need to split to 60/40% as stated in court order, my heartbeat damn fast!! Why?? That is because the court order stated this way which is incorrect as buyer (Daniel & his mum) shouldnt get any cash proceed as they are buying my share, that why HDB don't want to act our sales for us! HDB maked us get our own lawyer!!
And now Mr Chye said they have to follow court order to issue the cheque! Which I told him Daniel shouldnt get any cash proceed at all! Those are for me. So he said must change court order and I suggested can he issue a legal letter about this issue for us to agree & sign as Daniel is well awared he shouldnt get any $ back at all.. So that they can issue the cheque to me only!
Awaiting for busy lawyer Chye to call me back on this... Thought thing is getting fine now but yet not smooth again!
