Happened to knw that Lynn & Derek was on same block 274B Punggol Regalia as us. They got unit #15-814 (4 roomer). At least their unit will not be face to face to opp unit as near as ours. It quite a long distance from opp unit, still not tat bad. Layout same as ours just that we have tat spare suggested study area which cost us 100k more! Gosh. So every units have their pros & cons.. I'm alr satisfy with ours. Hopefully we have a cosy & comfortable house to live with.
