Hoo got his hdb appointment letter stating keys are ready for collection on 1st Nov 2011! A good news indeed yet also caused some "worries" in the sense that alot $$ will be involve for renovation, electrical & furniture etc... I got stressed up too when come to this, I dun mind to help first but I really hope history won't be repeating.. The last incident really caused an some impact on me. Thinking of that, my mind was in chao... Damn sian! I hope Hoo values his words and not just give some empty words just because need to get things done.
